Pricing is typically structured as:
hourly or daily rates for interim assignments
monthly retainers for ongoing advisory support
project-based pricing for recruitment and development work

Hourly Rate – Consultation & Advisory
For ongoing HR support, leadership guidance, advisory calls and smaller assignments.
HR Function Setup –
A complete setup of your HR function, including structure, processes, templates and leadership guidance during the initial phase. Estimated time: 30–40 hours
Structure & Processes –
Mapping and establishing workflows, roles and routines.
Includes three tailored policies. Estimated time: 20–30 hours
Culture Check –
An analysis of your workplace culture and work environment through interviews, observations and recommendations.
Estimated time: 10–20 hours
Culture Check Plus –
Everything included in the Culture Check, plus:
A 6-month follow-up & Advisory on next steps and long-term cultural development
Leadership Support – 6-Month –
Ongoing support for leaders, covering up to 6 hours per month (approx. 1–1.5 hours weekly).
Ideal for managers needing consistent guidance and a trusted sparring partner.
Recruitment –
A full recruitment process for any role.
Includes profiling, search, interviews, assessments and final recommendation.
Fee based on three monthly salaries of the role recruited.
